Sumedha is an associate research fellow at TCI, where she contributes to the Zero-Hunger, Zero-Carbon Food Systems project. She received a PhD in economics from the Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi in 2026. Her doctoral research focused on crop yield management under resource constraints. Broadly, her research interests encompass the intersection of agricultural and natural resource economics. In her spare time, she enjoys teaching and music.
